Documents required for assistance:
- ID for all household members 18 years of age or older
- Current 30-days proof of Income for all household members 18 years of age or older (paystubs, federal/state benefit award notices, child support documents, retirement/pension income notice, VA benefits award notice). Bank statements or screenshots of statements are not verification of income
- Current Water bill (bill must say Occupant, Tenant, Resident or be in applicant's name/Utility bill
- Lease stating applicant is responsible for the water (renters)
- Mortgage or Deed showing ownership if homeowner
