Financial Sponsorship Request Form 2023

Thank you for your interest in a Financial Sponsorship from Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency. 

Funding is available for events that benefit low income Wayne County residents and align with Wayne Metro’s mission to eliminate poverty by empowering people and communities to be strong, healthy and thriving. 


Additionally, Wayne Metro may purchase advertising space in community based publications or at events.

Requirements if Funded
If awarded, the organization MUST:

1.  Complete a Sponsorship Report Form within 14 days after the event. The template will be emailed to you. 

2. Attend 2 Regional Advisory Council Meetings by December 2023. Find more information about RACS by clicking here.
