RFP Announcement

The Out Wayne County Continuum of Care (CoC) is accepting Requests for Proposals (RFP)for funding from the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) awarded by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA). Eligible organizations include those that provide programs and services to people experiencing homelessness or some other form of housing insecurity. This will be the first time that the Out Wayne CoC has conducted a formal local competition for this funding opportunity, ensuring that there is equity in funding allocations and provision of services to the most vulnerable residents of Out-Wayne County. Out-Wayne County Continuum of Care Local Competition: MSHDA ESG 2023-2024 Request for Proposals Submissions for proposals will stay open until 12pm (noon) Wednesday, July 19, 2023.

Homeless Prevention

Explain any experience the organization has in implementing a Homelessness Prevention and/or Rapid Re-Housing program.

Describe how your case managers are working with program participants to develop a housing-oriented goal plan to obtain housing stabilization. How is it determined when a family reaches stabilization?
